Setting in Roots

Good evening honeybees,

It’s not been long since I’ve planted my seed and wetted the soil and now I’d like to introduce you it’s first little roots! Roots, as we know are important for any plant. It grows in soil rich with nutrients, minerals and water that sustains our little seed and helps it to develop.

Now, I’d like to introduce what keeps me nourished and develops me as a person;
divinatory tools, crystals and natureIMG_8802For those who are unfamiliar, tarot cards are a divinatory tool to connect with ones higher conscience to help guide us in our lives. They outline certain circumstances and help us to see what we must do in order to build on ourselves emotionally and  spiritually. I’ve been practicing the tarot and the use of crystals since last year April and I have noticed the impact they have had in my life so far (which I will share with you at a later date).
However, there’s always good to go hand in hand with the bad, and the obsessive use of tarot cards took its toll on me and I lost my previous Rider-Waite deck, along with the friend whom lent it to me (understandably, as I would also be devastated!).

So, with no tarot, I decided to let nature and crystals guide me instead and after a couple of months I decided to buy this new Radiant Rider-Waite deck just yesterday(pictured above). These months without using tarot has taught me a valuable lesson; do not be so heavily dependent on divinatory tools and always remember to connect with your surroundings in order to live in the moment. Now I have come back to the tarot cards with a different perspective that has evolved me spiritually and I am so happy that I can start using them in a more positive and constructive way! This has also helped me start off this blog and dear reader, you will most definitely be seeing some tarot card and crystal experiments along the way. I will also be posting some remarkable and symbolic aspects of nature that always finds a way in my life as a message for me to receive and to share with you all.

In conclusion, with what we have just mentioned- divinatory tools (used with care), nature and crystals- are the foundation of nourishment for me personally and are at the root of a being. Stay in tune for tomorrow’s blog posts as I will be posting up a daily reading practiced on myself with results later on the same day!

Many blessings and much love,
HoneyedRose
